Valsarab

Giuliano Belotti’s "Valsarab" is an expertly crafted piece that highlights the strong polyphonic capabilities of the guitar. Written in the form of a waltz, the piece has a smooth and lyrical flow, with melodies that are reminiscent of Middle Eastern modes. The piece was written for the 25th anniversary of Productions d'OZ and dedicated to Marlène Lemay, who performs it with absolute mastery.
