7 Blues Impressions

As the title suggests, 7 Blues Impressions is a collection of seven pieces for solo guitar inspired by blues music. Remarkable Belgian guitarist and composer Gilbert Isbin has done an outstanding job integrating the blues forms and styles in these beautiful compositions while exploring a variety of rich and colorful harmonies with a modern touch. He also provides insightful commentary on the pieces, illuminating the theoretical and technical intricacies behind each section. The scores are available in both standard notation and tablature.
