谢予迟 (Xie Yuchi) is a composer, guitarist, and translator from China. After working with Denis Azabagic for two years, he finished his second Bachelor at the Central Conservatory of Music in China. Since 2019, with his wife 樊菲儿 (Fan Feier), they have been playing concerts known as A.Duo (AnonymDuo) in many cities in China, making his compositions well-known and popular. Yuchi's compositions on the classical guitar take inspiration from traditional Chinese poetry and paintings, which reflects in his first work, Ink. In his opinion, bringing not just Chinese music but also Chinese aesthetics to classical guitar is the best approach for a Chinese guitarist because it makes the guitar more than just a western instrument playing eastern music, but a bridge between cultural expressions as well.
