Thierry Tisserand has studied at the Conservatoire National de Région de Lille (France), where he received a médaille d’or in classical guitar, class of Jean-Philippe Gruneissen. At the same time, he studies jazz, harmony and arrangement at the C.I.M. in Paris, in the class of Pierre Cullaz. He has been heard in concert in all kinds of instrument combinations: jazz quintet, guitar quartet, accompaniement with singers. For many years, he has dedicated himself to the writing of music for guitar in particular, having composed many pieces for all levels, from beginners to concert artists, as well as duets, trios and quartets. He is teaching guitar in many schools of the area of Lille.
