Reza Nikzad

Reza Nikzad started learning music at a young age and studied music at the University of Art in Tehran with renowned teachers such as Golfam Khayam, Afshin Torabi, Pedram Falsafi, Sohrab Kashef, and Mohamadreza Tafazzoli. He is currently studying for his Master’s degree in music. Reza has won several awards, including the Leo Brouwer prize at the Istanbul Classical Guitar Festival in 2019, the first prize at the National Festival of Youth Music in 2017, and the second prize at the Tehran Guitar Competition in 2017. He has performed in several prestigious venues in Iran and attended masterclasses with great guitarist such as Marcin Dylla, Zoran Dukic, Ayşegül Koca, and Lorenzo Micheli.
