Jaxon Williams is hailed as a “Rising Star in the Guitar World” (Corvallis Arts Review), and has won prizes in various international guitar competitions. He is a sought-after performer of the classical guitar. Jaxon is based in Los Angeles, CA and serves as California Regional Director for the non-profit Lead Guitar, where he helps make guitar more accessible to low-income and rural schools. In addition to his solo work, Jaxon collaborates frequently with ensembles. He is one half of the duo Jâca with clarinetist Wesley Ferreira, regularly performs on the concert stage worldwide, and gives masterclasses and lectures across the US.
