Favio Rodriguez is a Paraguayan guitarist and teacher. He holds a Bachelor's degree from the National Taiwan University of Arts under the guidance of Vince Luo and a Master's degree from Birmingham City University under Mark Ashford. His debut solo album, "Homenaje a Roland Dyens," was released in 2017. He played concerts in Taiwan, the Philippines, Paraguay, Argentina, Brazil, the United States, and Peru. He is also a member and arranger of the Paraguayan guitar trio MbarakaTrio, along with Rodrigo Benítez and José Carlos Cabrera. Their album "Ahendu Nde Sapukai" was released in 2022. Currently, Favio is a faculty member at Universidad Nacional de Asuncion and Universidad Nacional del Este.
