Introduced to fingerpicking at the age of 5 by his father, guitarist Pierre Pesnon, Augustin developed and acquired a surprising virtuosity for his age. Winner of 10 international guitar prizes, he has performed in prestigious French and foreign concert halls such as Salle Gaveau, Salle Cortot, Petit Palais, La Madeleine Church, Saint-Sulpice Church, "Internationales Gitarrenfestival Deggendorf" in Germany, "Bangkok Cultural Center Hall" in Thailand, "Aram Khachatryan Concert Hall" in Armenia, "6th Valerio International Guitar Festival" in Indonesia, "Sala George Enescu" in Romania, "Indian Arts Conservatory of New Dehli" in India, and "Tokyo University of the Arts" in Japan. His classical training at the conservatory and his taste for world music allow him to flourish as well with a symphony orchestra as in a trio of South American music (TR3S) or electro music (ARBORETUM). Augustin is a warm artist and a passionate pedagogue, full time teacher at the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional de Versailles Grand Parc.
